As a shake: In a shaker cup, mix 5 scoops (1 serving) of Egg White Crystals with 10 ounces of your cold beverage of choice. Or, mix it in a blender with your favorite smoothie.

In a pan: Mix 5 scoops (1 serving) of Egg White Crystals with 8 ounces of water in a shaker cup. Pour mixture into a non-stick pan on medium heat. Slowly stir until mixture thickens and turns into scrambled eggs.

In a microwave: Mix 5 scoops (1 serving) of Egg White Crystals with 10 ounces of water in a shaker cup and pour into a microwavable bowl. Microwave on regular heat for 1 minute and then stir. Put back in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Continue heating and stirring in 30 second intervals until you reach desired consistency.
