Final Call Pre-Workout by BS Supplements
Been a very solid seller since it came out. Consistently gets you moving, this is not for beginners. The panel will have you up and about and getting things done in the gym.
Final Call Pre-Workout Ingredients
Beta Alanine – 3,200 mg: As a muscle lactic acid buffer, beta alanine acts as a muscular endurance improver when taken consistently in this dosage. The tingles you feel are usually caused by this ingredient. They usually begin about 7-10 minutes after you consume it and last for 30-40 minutes (1*).
Agmatine Sulfate – 1,500 mg per serving : There is limited research on the ingredient Agmatine compared to L-Citrulline, as it is considered a “pump” ingredient. Final Call’s dosage is in the top-end of what’s often seen in pre-workout supplements containing Agmatine Sulfate, which can range between 500 mg and 1,500 mg (2*).
Alpha GPC – 600 mg: Cholinergic compounds such as alpha GPC are produced by the body. They enhance cognitive function and make the body more powerful. The yield of actual GPC is usually 50% (3*).
A typical dose for athletes is 300 mg to 600 mg per day. Cognitive decline is treated with much higher doses, about 1,200 mg per day.
L-Norvaline – 500 mg: Linked to BCAA valine, L-Norvaline is an amino acid unique to the BCAA family. An arginine inhibitor, it works to prevent the body from breaking down arginine. The nitric oxide produced by citrulline is then more effective (4*).
Caffeine – 300 mg : A stimulant supplement with a long history. Research on it has been extensive. Pre-workout supplements usually contain 300 mg (5*).
1,3-dimethylamylamine – 115 mg: The substance 1,3-dimethylamylamine, also known as DMAA, is a stimulant that makes people feel energetic, euphoric, and motivated. The FDA started to scrutinize DMAA around 2015, and the supplement disappeared from pre-workouts for a few years. A dosage of 115 mg is quite high (6*).
Hordenine – 10 mg: In recent years, many “nootropic” products have included hordenine (N,N-dimethyltyramine). Due to the lack of comprehensive research, there is a lot of anecdotal information available. As a dose, 50 mg falls within a range of 10 mg to 150 mg. One study has shown that Hordenine may increase feelings of energy and lift mood by inhibiting MAO (monoamine oxidase) (7*).
Isopropylnorshynephrine – 30 mg: Lipolytic agents, such as isopropylnorsynephrine, help break up fat into glycerol (energy). In addition to being a fat burner, it is considered stronger than synephrine (bitter orange extract). 30 mg should be enough to get you started (8*).
Juniper Berry – 30 mg: Incorporated into the formula is Juniper Berry, which helps enhance the effectiveness and absorption of stimulants (9*).
