Directions/Dosage
APS Nutrition recommends that one take 1 scoop 30 minutes before working out on an empty stomach. Remember these recommendations have a variety of factors behind them, but you should honestly start much lower and see what kind of tolerance you have. This is not just with Mesomorph but any pre workout or high stim supplement. Diving into manufacturer recommendations is never good because they do not know and understand your body like you do.
Stacking with Products
DO NOT stack this product with any other product which has stimulants – this includes fat burners, other pre workouts, energy drinks or anything of that nature.
